Your account and ad records are stored on our servers in Türkiye. Only what each job needs is sent: to Meta to run your ads, to Apple or Google for sign-in, to the App Store / Google Play for your subscription. Your card details never reach us.

Only you and the people you authorise on your account. Each business’s records are kept apart; another business cannot see yours. Your customers’ names and phone numbers are not sent to Meta or to the AI provider.

In the app: Account › Privacy and permissions › Delete my account. You confirm in two steps; your account, sign-in identity and Meta connection are removed. If you have a store subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Invoice records subject to legal retention are kept for the required period.

Ihr Konto und Ihre Anzeigendaten liegen auf unseren Servern in der Türkei. Weitergegeben wird nur, was die jeweilige Aufgabe braucht: an Meta zum Schalten der Anzeigen, an Apple oder Google für die Anmeldung, an App Store / Google Play für das Abo. Ihre Kartendaten erreichen uns nie.

Nur Sie und die Personen, die Sie in Ihrem Konto berechtigen. Die Daten jedes Unternehmens werden getrennt gehalten; ein anderes Unternehmen kann Ihre nicht sehen. Namen und Telefonnummern Ihrer Kunden werden nicht an Meta oder den KI-Anbieter gesendet.

In der App: Konto › Datenschutz und Berechtigungen › Mein Konto löschen. Sie bestätigen in zwei Schritten; Konto, Anmeldeidentität und Meta-Verbindung werden entfernt. Ein Store-Abo kündigen Sie in den Kontoeinstellungen von App Store oder Google Play; die Kontolöschung kündigt das Abo nicht. Rechnungsdaten mit gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflicht bleiben für die vorgeschriebene Dauer gespeichert.

Votre compte et vos données publicitaires sont stockés sur nos serveurs en Türkiye. Seul le nécessaire est transmis : à Meta pour diffuser vos publicités, à Apple ou Google pour la connexion, à l’App Store / Google Play pour l’abonnement. Vos données de carte ne nous parviennent jamais.

Vous seul et les personnes que vous autorisez sur votre compte. Les données de chaque entreprise sont séparées ; une autre entreprise ne peut pas voir les vôtres. Les noms et numéros de vos clients ne sont pas envoyés à Meta ni au fournisseur d’IA.

Dans l’app : Compte › Confidentialité et autorisations › Supprimer mon compte. Vous confirmez en deux étapes ; votre compte, votre identité de connexion et votre connexion Meta sont supprimés. Si vous avez un abonnement via le store, annulez-le dans les réglages de votre compte App Store ou Google Play ; supprimer le compte n’annule pas l’abonnement. Les factures soumises à une obligation légale de conservation sont gardées pendant la durée requise.

Las facturas con obligación legal de conservación se guardan durante el plazo exigido.

Heb je een store-abonnement, zeg dat dan op in de accountinstellingen van de App Store of Google Play; het verwijderen van je account zegt het abonnement niet op. Facturen met een wettelijke bewaarplicht worden de vereiste termijn bewaard.
